My company is planning to integrate web meeting tool into our site to run regular briefings. Could anyone advise me on an open source for web conference (respectively cheaper substitute of WebEx)? Thanks in advance.

DimDim is the only real competitor that I know of.
They have free and OSS versions. Otherwise, their hosted option is reasonably priced.

Zoho meeting is pretty good. I'm not sure if it can be classed as exactly open source but it is free atm. I use it as a WebEx substitute and its fine. It runs pretty fast as an ActiveX control or as an applet and also has a remote control option which is very useful.
