Rules of Court? Any1 help?

Anyone know anything about "Rules of Court" with regard to voluntary maintenance payments. Saw something about it on the Treoir website http://www.treoir.ie/pdfs/maintenance.pdf

I'm guessing that they are a way to easily and inexpensively gain legal recognition for a maintenance payment that is mutually agreed between two single parents?

I would be interested to hear from anyone who has experience with this or especially interested to hear from anyone who could point me in the direction of, or share with me, a draft sample of what such a document may look like?

You apply through your local district court in the same way, you'll find the court clerks are generally very helpful in regards to documentation but they cannot give legal advice.

The only difference is that you have both agreed the maintenance between you so don't need a judge to rule but it has the same effect as a court order.
