    hey guys - have a report due in one hour, and I tried to hand it in half an hour ago. Its a powerpoint poster presentation (i.e. One giant slide at 120cm x 90cm). I have it saved as .ppt but i was told to save it as a .pdf and come back. Only thing is I dont have that oiption in my 'save file as...' list. I have powerpoint 2003, and I have Adobe aswell. What can I do? Please help, and thanks very much.

    Download and install CutePDF as it will create the PDF for you.

    If its Adobe Acrobat Reader then it is no help to you. If it is Adobe Acrobat Professional then you can use it to create the pdf. Just go to file > Print > and choose "Adobe PDF" as the printer. Alternatively you will have to use something like the software I linked to above

    In PowerPoint try File-->Print
    When the printer properties window appears select print to PDF (if the option is there) in the box where it normally says your printer name.

    It should save it as a PDF in your documents folder.
