Whats going on across from Jury's Custom House

I was driving past the Jury's Custom over the weekend and across the road there is some tent with a couple of Teddy bears dresses up as Santa etc.The place looked nice,it was done up well.The kids were going mad and asking could we bring them there. Does anybody know what it is...?
