    My schools TY programme is so crap we don't even do it!
    We have 2 weeks work experience during the Mocks in February (just gone now) and thats it! We mentioned it to my TY co-ordinator in September and she is also our Physics teacher and had spent a class teaching us how to play chess. She told us that our social placement would be giving up our (very short) 40minute lunch to teach the first years how to play chess... we haven't even heard anything about that!

    I had about 3 and a half weeks in the Capuchin Day Centre by Smithfield. It was incredible tough and puts so much into perspective, I'd deffinetly recommend it to anyone but would warn it's not easy.
