Buying used items on Amazon .co.uk ?

    I m having problems getting used items delivered to my irish address through amazon uk ?

    is there restrictions ?

    it says it's dispatched from the UK .. so there should be no problem..

    Restrictions on some electronics I would say but not entirely sure. If you got as far as it being dispatched then I guess it's ok.

    Some marketplace sellers have restrictions on where they will post to. I've bought a lot of textbooks recently from marketplace sellers in the states, and a lot wouldn't ship to Europe. I just kept looking until I found sellers who would.

    I have just tried buying some DVD's off of Amazon.co.uk and it wouldn't ship to my carlow address that they have previously done. :(

    Do they have a restriction against shipping to Ireland?

    Are you buying used DVDs from Amazon Marketplace sellers, or from Amazon itself?

    2 of the DVDs were from Marketplace sellers and 2 were from their prefered partner indigostarfish.co.uk [which i assume is actually amazon themselves?]
