We don't have a bad selection of graphics cards do we? :(

    Here is the Radeon 3870

    I am a nVidia man myself... ;)

If you want OCZ give me a shout and we can get it for you. We can get Mushkin, Geil and a whole host of others as well. Just need to have the supplier give us a file feed. Just not possible to upload products onto the website by hand, well not realistically anyway.

My friend got her PC no problems! All there and all accounted for! Works well. It took about 5 working days from payment to get here!

Sorry for hijacking the thread but I didn't know Elara was still active on boards.

Have ye any plans to start sending stuff to customers by post? I bought something a year ago from Elara and it was sent by the NPX courier.

This is more expensive, means I have to stay in the whole day I'm expecting the delivery, and out where I live also means talking to the delivery man holding their hand for 15 minutes while they try and find my house. In some cases getting stuff delivered from the US by courier, I've had even more extreme hardships.

Getting stuff by post is much cheaper and infinitely more convenient. So whenever possible, I only ever order from companies that send stuff through the postal system. Needless to say, Elara hasn't seen much of me in the last year

Well we won't be able to do it by regular post as we know it as the package needs to be insured and tracked. No matter who we deliver by it has to be signed for, we will look into An Post's courrier service again to see what they offer and at what price. When it was SDS service was terrible and lost/broken packages were just too frequent.

An Post is the best option for non city deliveries but other than that NPX are much better. Unfortunately because 95% of deliveries are not in the outskirts we had to make a decision, also using multiple delivery methods is not the best way to deliver either but it is looking more and more like we have to go that route to best serve our customers. Too many services means more cost per package and more diffcult maintinance.

There is a AGM in the new year and I will bring this postal issue up... along with starting up our commercial interaction on this board again.
