Been and gone, I'd say, saw it a few weeks ago, and it was pretty bad. Michael Caine was fine, but Jude Law chews most of the scenery, and the script is a mess.

Anyone on here seen the original with Michael Caine & Larry Olivier?

    Watched this last night .
Was really looking forward to it but it was a huge disappointment.
At 88 minutes ,its 50 minutes shorter than the original classic.
The first 2/3 of the film is decent but then the film goes pear shaped and too offbeat.
Jude Law didnt seem suitable for his role while Caine was good.
I must watch the original now .

The original is superb. I shall be avoiding this.
