What's the point of this forum

    People, I ask you, what is the point of this forum?

    - To pour scorn on and poke fun at those who don't believe in a loving Creator?
    - A place where smug people gather to clap each other on the back and wonder at the stupidity of non believers while they sit back and marvel at their own superior intelligence?
    - A place to discuss in belief in God (why bother)?
    - To blame all other religions including the valid ones for all the ills of the world?
    - To build up one's cynicism to ever increasing heights?
    - To banish all traces of non believers from the world?

    Or is there something else that I've failed to notice?

    To discuss all things Christian (I thought it was fairly straight forward)

    Ok I thought it was pretty good in the Atheist forum when one of the posters responded with this, but to make a whole thread about it...poor.

    Did you think people were going to scratch their brains thinking of how to answer these tough questions?

    Oh its valid, but this is more about the `where` and the `when` to ask it. Don`t really like parallel threads myself. They always end up as a tit-for-tat.:)
    In reply to `What's the point of this forum` what is the point of the Islam, Buddhism, A&A, Paganism, Spirituality, etc. Forums. They are all equal.
    I think the thread has served its purpose.
