Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hello, i am considering trying those ortho-k lenses which you wear at night and supposedly give you perfect vision the next day. i have been wearing normal contacts for a few years but i still feel restricted especially with regard to swimming and watersports which i would love to bre able to do alot easier.
I have read that these ortho-k lenses are suitable for ''low to mid short sightedness'' but at -5.75 myself i think that is probably a bit worse than ''mid''.

So basically am just wondering if any body uses or has used them before and would they recommend them etc.
    thanks
