Has anybody invested in a charging dock for the wii? Seams like a good idea as it would pay for its self rather quickly as batterys are expensive.
But after looking around online i'm not sure which to go for, they all seam to have mixed reviews, some average at 4 out of 5, but there are a few reviews that mention busted remotes

I got this one recently - has worked pretty well for me so far.

It takes 12 hours to charge the batteries initially, which is a fair amount of time... other than that I've had no issue with it and the charge seems to last well - you certainly won't have any worries with it if you have your Wii on standby a lot (a charge goes through when the Wii's power light is orange or green but not when it's red)

It's unlikely to be the best out there but for €10 you can't go wrong.

I got one on play-asia.com back in the early days of the Wii - it's a bit fiddly but works fine and it's a double charger.

Don't know the make because it doesn't have any logo on it.

I like the look of the 4gamers one

I picked up a double one in New York for $30 and it works fairly well. Not sure how long it takes to charge fully but I just dock the remotes for a couple of hours when they're running low. A red light comes on around the base of each remote when they require a charge and then changes to blue (the same colour as the disc slot) when they're charged. It's branded Gigawire but I think that's just the name of the shop I bought it in.

Initially - it takes that long the first time you charge it.

Not sure how long it takes for a full charge otherwise as I tend to store the wiimote back on it when I'm finished each time anyway, so they've not run out again yet.
