I watched some festive pornography today starring Santa and Mrs.Claus and it well and truly got me in the mood ..... for Christmas!

Then I checked the Digiguide listings and sure enough all the regular Xmas movies are present and correct for a screening over this festive season. It's a wonderful life? It sure is!

I'll getting my tree down tomorrow and scowering the interweb for pressies over the coming days (I don't 'do' shopping).

All that's left now is to get the beers in and get well and truely pished!

So are you all excited for Xmas yet?

I'm on my christmas holidays since yesterday and I'm already so bored that I want to bore holes in my eyes with my fingers. So yes, I am in the Christmas mood.

I never have a pivotal (great word-that is probably spelt wrong) moment that I "get in the christmas spirit" unfortunately. It would be way easier if I did.Im always kind of wondering whether im in the spirit or not...

I was reeeally christmassy when i finished college last week but today i realised i have to start studying and thats not very christmassy...

(yes im answering this the long way)
I go in and out of the cheerfulness, depends where I am and what im doing
    eg:

walking throught town late at night wrapped up and cosy and looking at all the lights on grafton street in a happy drunken state
    IN THE SPIRIT

studying---very much NOT IN THE SPIRIT

I think when my sister comes home for christmas on the 20th there'll be a bang and ill be running around wishing everyone a merry christmas :):D

I'll feel Christmassy as soon as the tree goes up.
However, since I'm going to NY for New Years eve, Christmas is pretty much taking the back seat this year.

Christmas won't start for me until the 20th, when I'm finished my exams. Just feels cold at the moment, not Christmasy

Christmas - is it Christmas already??? Great time though - streets jammed with cheery people in their little cars - lovely Christmas music being played 24/7 with no buckin excape - so soothing while every skanger tries to rip you off at every hands turn - ****ty miserable weather but at least you won't need the factor 30 - so yes I'm in the Christmas mood ... which means for me feeling like kickin the **** out of all and sundry.

Christmas starts for me next Tuesday when I finish my exams, we'll probably get the tree then (we have a fake one in the attic, but I really want to get a real one this year)

I've been on study leave for the last week and the college I was studying at doesn't even have one decoration or mention of Christmas anywhere, which is a bit of a disgrace really, at least the 7Up Christmas on Ice is on at the RDS where the exams are also being held

No I don't feel Christmasy, not until the Christmas issue of the RTE Guide comes out. Nothing like the leering faces of Pat Kenny and Marty Wheelan from the front cover to get you in the festive mood.

Nope, I don't even believe it's December right now.

I'll start to feel it from Wednesday evening, and definitely from Thursday.

****ing Christmas. Hate the ****ing thing. Birthday is on Christmas Day so everyone assumes I must love the ****ing thing. Get it over and done with so I can get back to work

No. I'm fighting a losing battle with my family to keep all that christmas crap in the attic for as long as I can. Today we ate dinner on plates that had snowmen on them

I normally despise christmas but it hasn't been that bad so far, my present buying is going according to plan and if I didn't have an exam on the 19th I'd be happy as hell.

Even to christmas song overkill on the radio hadn't bothered me that much (I still hate Fairytale of New York with a passion though).

Its really Christmassy when you notice the increased pools of puke on the street as you go to work - I like trying to work out waht they ate,,,apart form the inevitable carrots - the following feature strongly..prawns - with some evidence of curry sauce..burgers eaten too quickly as the size of the peices indicates - sliders aka hot dogs - nasty bastids - if they dont come out topside can give you a nasty sting rearside..trust me.
Wonderful barf in lane behind Abbey Theatre this morn - bastid must have cleaned out a couple of kebab houses..legend.
