Watermark ?

    What is the easiest way to watermark a photo ? I have no experiance with photoshop or anything else like it. I downloaded Gimp but cant figure it out.:rolleyes:

    the blunt and dirty way is to use the type tool to stick a big dirty © on it.
    If you want to get fancy you can see about putting it on its own layer and making it opaque. Another way (in photoshop at least) is to create your own brush that you can stamp your picture with manually or with an action (PS for macro). This could include your signature or other text also.

    The first is Tar which I dont know anything about and if I wanted to go through all the rubbish on google I wouldnt of asked here...
