    Hi All--
I've been lurking around on here for a while now - it seems that the competition scene (as far as I can tell anyway) is dominated by university-sponsored teams.
My question for you is: What would you recommend for a lone compounder who isn't enrolled at any uni but would still like to try their hand at competitive archery (especially field shooting as it's closes to the bowhunting I used to do)?
    Any repsonses appreciated!
    Thanks!

Far from it. Uni shoots only make up 10% of competitions in Ireland. Go to www.archery.ie and you will se a list of competitions around ireland.
