Woodies has 20% off all the xmas stuff including trees, several prices but 1about 2m hight was €34 down to €27 after offer. Nicer and cheaper that B&Q.

just got one in dunnes fake 12€ but you could always "borrow" one from the forestry, but where the nearest forestry in Dublin is I do not know

There are a number of places in Wicklow you can pay a fee and chop down your own tree I believe. Not sure of any details though.

Paid EUR40 in Jones Garden centre, at the Lisenhall turnoff on M1, en-route to Donabate.
They had small ones for EUR35, and very tall ones for EUR50.
    Happy enough with mine! :)

Atlantic Homecare in Mullingar had 6ft. real trees for €23.99 when I was there on Saturday, might be worth looking at A H closer to you. (I wasn't very impressed with the shape of them though!)

Is it my imagination or have the prices of trees come down. Paid €45 for what I reckon paid and 50/60 before ? Lots of places selling them too.
