A nice cute one for a friday night.. Just getting around to processing my photos from recent trip.
Saw this lonely guy on a street in Budapest.. He looked pretty lonely and bored..
    Let me know your thoughts...:D

    Quite a moody picture :)

But I'm not sure I care for the pole in the foreground - why did you frame it like that? It just seems to detract from the dog a bit... love the isolation though.

Just a few thoughts - i like the theme of it and the sepia colouring - may be improved with a little vignette i'd suggest (but maybe thats a phase i'm going through ;o). I think thirdfox's point about the pole is valid. It took a couple of seconds for my eye to locate the dog (light in colour similar to the background when sepia'd) and from the title of the thread i did know that there was one there ;o) As it's black and obviously a very strong colour it tends to hit ya right in the puss. You could probably clone out the pole without too much bother. Urban decay can make powerful images which i think adds to the composition. nice one.

I agree, the pole is distracting. The graffiti really adds to the mood tho.
Its like a monster looming over him, poor little fella.

on a second glance the giant E does look somewhat like a hand... malicious stuff!

The pole is just how it happened to be honest.. I was walking along and was waiting for lights to change at a junction when I looked back at that angle. It was the type of shot you take in a moment or its gone. Thanks for the comments.. Theres few more from flickr from that trip..
