Did anyone see the U2 tribute band Rattle and hum band recently in the sugar club on leeson street in dublin.

I will get straight to my point the music is great but the guitarist and bass player use backing tracks and have a well rehearsed act pretending to play their instruments, they slipped up ever so slightly by not moving their hands to the changing sounds of the guitar and bass rifts?

Wont be seeing them again, fraudsters.

well edge uses a lot of stuff recorded in a studio and his guitar tech Dallas Schoo plays a lot behind the stage. there is just too much for him to play at times as he uses a lot of over dubbing on their albums. maybe this was the case.

I have seen them R&H and didnt notice anything although i was fairly drunk...

A mate of mine saw the gig and said it was class. He didnt notice anything. maybe a musician would though.

They're a covers band. What do you expect?

I can't imagine they don't play their instruments. You can't ''rehearse'' the movements, well you could, but if you were to do so, then you could then actually play it! So what's the point?
