Just read that the new kar98k is just the start, dboys are going to do a whole series, I wonder what would be next, lee enfield, springfield?

Surely developing a bolt action, would indicate develping more bodies to put it in.

Is the lee enfield the one where the magazine pops out the top when it's empty? I want one of them ones.

Just as long as they keep them under 1 joule. DBoys have been creeping up lately....

Oh yeah, just to clarify, there is mostly metal on the kar98k, look up guinness's review on arnies.

This is based on a marushin springer, so what ever else they did in that style would be on the cards.

For now Id say bolt actions, theyd want to do a mag fed system also for putting in your gun for a scirmish, cartridges are great fun for plinking but they are 6€ on rsov.com for 2 spares, dont want to lose them.

    Lee enfield and I'm sold!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,172 ✭✭✭Mweelrea

a lee enfield would do nicely too!!!
    or a springfield!!

can't wait to see what else Dboys have on their mind!

If they did a decent M1 Garand, or else the Carbine, skirmishable one that is, then I'd finally be able to start my WWII Para loadout. Been wanting to do it, but not without a Garand or Carbine!

I think you can convert a M14 to a Garand.

You can but the kits expensive and the end product isnt 100% a garand look alike, more of a similar gun but has differences.

The M1 would be sweet but always liked the German G43 semi

would have to go with the German loadout, always liked the bad guys,

    Germans, Stormtroopers, Cobra, Skelator .....etc

This is another ww2 russian weapon i'd like to see turned airsoft
    mosin_nagant.jpg

The Mosin Nagant was a very good rifle and when equiped with a scope it was regarded as one of ww2's best snipers`.

Anyone know if one of these will be in the new range or is it more american/brittish weapons?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,295 ✭✭✭SniperSight

Thats what I was hoping for, specifically something like a Dboys one.
I know theres already some M1s, but all the ones I know of are 8mm and well over the 1J limit.:(

Seems kind of out of date, alot of new stuff is out.

ie., a few models of BAR for a start.

Good to see a list though.
