Wamp Problem

I had wamp 1.7.3 installed and apache stopped working and just wouldn't start. So I went and uninstalled wamp 1.7.3 and I installed wamp 1.7.1 and now Im getting an error dialog like this when I try starting the wamp manager. I had wamp 1.7.3 installed and apache stopped working and just wouldn't start.

So I went and uninstalled wamp 1.7.3 and I installed wamp 1.7.1 and now Im getting an error dialog like this when I try starting the wamp manager.
