Headphones with my PS3

Hey all does anybody know of an easy way to connect headphones to a ps3 without the need for an amp of any sort? I'm using a PC monitor as a display so I have no headphone out on that. Appreciate any help you can give

You can buy dolby digital 5.1 headphones and connect to the optical out. Got a pair for my brother from Christmas but they do cost €130.

Or you could get bluetooth wireless gaming haedphones, simple plug and play setup and no cable around the place. Logitech do some good ones.
