    I don't really mind as long as they are competent interviewers.

    From an employers point of view some balance can be good, especially if both men and women are being interviewed for the same job.

    I don't care as long as it's someone who actually knows something about the job and the relevant field in question, and asks questions relevant to the job and not some HR 'what do you see as your strengths and weaknesses' drone.
