More alert at certain times

    This has more then likely come up before.

    Is it true that some people are more alert/work better at night as opposed to during the moring/day?
    And vice versa of course.

    No, I started duty at 19:00hrs (two hours ago). Already I'm tired. If I remember I'll post in this thread again at 3am and tell you how I'm feeling.

    I answered the question you posed. If you're wondering 'why?' then ask that. I can move it to Biology & Medicine for a better answer but it'd most likely boil down to the obvious: 'Alertness' is a state of mind is a chemical reaction is affected by sleep patterns, food, etc. Conditioning & conditions: Different people have different lifestyles and would sleep and eat at different hours, and would consume different substances...
