Hi - going shopping this evening and want to buy good earphones that actually stay in your ears when you are running. Any relatively cheap brands out there that anyone knows of?? Cheers

Sennheiser CX300 are one of the best around, they're 59 quid on Apple website but you'll get them on eBay for less than 25, think i only paid 16 for mine ;)

I got a pair of these and can say they are the biz, great sound, and stay in place even on long runs, can get them on the Apple site too, about €45..
    Sennheiser PMX70 Sport

The noise-isolating EP-630 headphones offer high-quality audio with exceptional bass and crystal clear highs. Soft, silicone earbuds provide a stable but comfortable fit. Includes 3 different earbud sizes for the perfect fit.

Really hides the noise if you want that as well and fit snuggly into your ear won't fall out

I get through far too many sets of earphones to ever invest in a good pair. I use them mostly in the gym.

I'm sure you don't need me to remind you all but if you are using earphones to run outside, be careful. You need to be a lot more aware of traffic and other baddies.

Worthwhile cehcking out the PMX70. They're water resistant and very robust. Great sound from them, and very afforable.

Not the best though if you intend to do gym work where you are lying on your back. The neck band doesn't like that:)
