Hey, just been thinking of getting a new phone, currently have the nokia 8800 sirocco, but getting a bit fed up with it, was looking at the nokia 7373 there the other day and looks like a nice phone, the apple iphone also looks class, anyone got any idea when i would be able to buy that in ireland in the shops?

Also i'd prefer to stick with Nokia since i don't really like any of the other phone...

In my experience with Nokias it's always best to steer clear of their gimmicky phones - stick with the higher quality (and better built) ones like the E or N series - that 7373 has been around for a bit now I wouldn't touch it.

Personally I'd prefer the iPhone that is if the good people Apple got off their hairy holes and gave us a launch date - I'm not interested in messing around with unlocking one.
N95 is a great phone though and has a lot more features I just like the whole concept of the iPhone and there's no denying it's gotten some of the other phone companies thinking about the sh1te they've been producing over the last few years.

Its nothing to do with apple getting of their hairy holes as you say, it more to do with apply trying to screw the best deal out of whatever operator (presumably o2) they do the deal with. They're getting a cut of revenues generated so no doubt they're holding out for the best deal possible. I'd also suggest that whatever network gets the iphone will want to do a clear out of stock before hand.
