I've brewed beer in the past and was inspired by a Cook On The Wild side to give winemaking a go.I'm not really interested in making win from kits as such but would rather try fruit or vegetables of the season.Has anybody got any advice or recipies,or does anybody know where i can get demijohns etc in the Dublin area?

You can make wine from almost any fruit and many vegetables. Supplies and equipment can be purchased from Grape n Grain, who will deliver to your door, in the Dublin area. http://www.grapengraindublin.com/ They are wine makers themselves, so they may be able to advise you.

Some basic instructions on making fruit wine can be found here: http://www.brewsupplies.com/homemade_wine_recipes.htm but you might want to buy a book on the subject, if you want to make really top notch wine.
