volume control wont work on sky remote control

Hi, My volume control button or text button will not work on my sky provided remote control. I have to use the controller that came with the tv. Would anyone know how to fix this. i am sure it something simple.

RTFM - theres a section in your sky manual, and there is also help on this on sky active (somewhere)
