I got some fresh cranberries yesterday which I plan to use to make cranberry sauce. If I make the sauce now will it hold until Christmas or should I freeze the berries and make the sauce closer to when I need it? Thanks in advance for any replies.

Cranberries freeze very well so you could wait and make the sauce when needed. Just make sure to seal them in an airtight container.
