    Lads, sorry if this is simple but I've only just got Sky myself and this is my first time ordering anything.

    I don't have a landline so I have to order over the phone.
    What information do I need to have to hand ?
    Do I take out my Sky card and use the number (which one) on that?
    I heard there is a viewer number also. Where do I access that ? I think the installer showed me but I've forgotten.

    Ring on your mobile and quote your viewing card no which shown on your sky card, enjoy!!
