Does anyone have the internet browser for the DS lite?
    Is it any good?
Can't seem to find it anywhere except amazon... who are charging a stupid 10euro postage...

I saw one in Gamestop Santry, it appeared to me it was for the original Ds, I dont own a DS lite but I wouldve thought that since it was Wifi it already had a browser???

No it doesn't , It should have came with one! I'm nearly sure i seen the Opera browser in game in galway. I highly doubt its that great. I'm sure o1s1n has had a go of it maybe he can enlighten us about it if he comes across this thread.

Nope, the DS doesn't come with a browser. I got it for the original DS from CDWow for around €30 just to try it out, and it's actually alright. Can be slow on complicated pages, but it's far easier to use than any mobile phone browsers I've seen. The two screens can be linked together to render the page lengthways but squeezed into the page, or one screen for a zoomed out version at a normal resolution, and one screen to scroll around and read the detail. About as good as you can expect given the limited resources.

The only difference between the version for the DS and the one for the DS lite is the size of the memory expansion cartridge, which goes in the GBA slot. The DS one will fit the DS lite, but the memory cart will protrude a bit. The DS Lite one won't fit the original DS.
