    Hey guys,

Work in a really old building with no ventilation and lots of draughs. We have roughly 10 heaters to keep us warm but every one of our skin has broken out ! ! We reckon its cos of the heating becaue there is no other common factor. Theyre really sore spots too - the ones underneath the surface. Is there anything at all we can do, apart from leave work :)

    thanks for help !

It could be more that you're sealed inside this building and all sharing common air...i.e there's no fresh air getting in and you're getting each others spots? I dont really know what you could do to solve this besides open a window and let your skin breathe...have you complained to your bosses that theres draughts and with all those heaters there's therefore no ventilation?

We asked them to do Radon tests and they refused! We asked them to do something about the smell thats so bad, customers gag they are still ''working on it!''.

Nothing loads we can actually do cos they are ''dealing with it'' but need to solve our skins :( Drink more water i hear

That's bacteria, you need to open a window, there's no ventilation.

    water , water, water!!!

Drink plenty of water to flush out the toxins that are coming out on th skin.. also to rehydrate it... keep moisturiser close too, chances are the skin will go dry!

You can try adding 6-8 drops of grapefruit seed extract to your face wash or just use it on its own as a face wash.

Its a natural anti bacterial and anti fungal and regulates skin pH to ward off the bacteria that cause spots. Great on all skin types. You can get it in any healthfood shop.

    And definitly plenty of moisturiser.
