Amazon shipping fees

I'm trying to use a voucher for Amazon.com and it keeps putting me on to priority shipping. It normally works out around $40 for a $40 purchase. I can't for the life of me figure out how to change it. I tried emailing them to no avail. Anybody encountered this problem? Am I missing something completely obvious? Any ideas…

Just a wild guess but as i see $$$..... Maybe because it is oversea shipping you can not pick another option than priority?

Could be it alright, but I used to be able to get regular shipping prices from there. Been a few years since I used it so they may have changed the system.
