Buying Kegel Balls - Pelvic Floor Exercises

Hey all,

Does anyone know where one can pick up Kegel balls in Dublin/Ireland. I have been advised to do pelvic floor excercises and using Kegel balls as an aid is meant to be very effective. I've been looking on the internet for a while but nothing so far. If anyone has any experience using them or knows where they can be bought i'd appreciate some advice.

have never tried them, but have seen these ones used in maternity hospital where i worked during my training

You don't need the balls to do the exeriese for them to be effective.
You just need to remember to do then and do them often.
Kengel excerises are incredibly descry to do and you can do them any where any time and no one will know.

Easy? if you ever notice women seeming to rise in their chairs, they're doing buttock exercises - do Kegels properly and noone will ever notice.........Do them X 10 a day.

Don't buy any aids! you don't need them!
