    Hi there

I won a small claim against a builder, but he never paid up. The decree came back stamped "No goods". I now want to register this judgement against him in the District Court and I believe I should also serve a summons for attendance on the claimant in relation to the judgement to determine why he hasn't paid me yet. Does anybody know the proper procedure I should follow for this please or where to get the relevent forms?

    Thanks kindly
