I've been set the task of creating myself a career path complete with at least 2 measurable goals to achieve within 1 year, the trouble is, I don't know what I want to do!! :S

I'm currently a level 3 technical engineer the next step up is a senior technical engineer, aka a team leader, which will lead on to management.

I'm not so sure I want to aim for management just yet, so perhaps something more technical, system administration, nix expert, something like that.

Any suggestions or advise greatly appreciated.
