Taking an ex contractor to court

    Guys,

    I am going to consult a solicitor at the end of the week.
    But in the mean time if I could get some feedback. So to make it short I am planning to take this ex contractor I have hired a couple of months ago to court who insulted me in front of customer, told me (And other people) crazy stuffs, made racial insults to other colored colleagues or simply foreign people such as Polish, in front my customer etc.
    Tonight the guy sent me a text where he is threatening me of death by telling me to take good care of my health etc.
    I do have texts, witnesses.

    Is this kind of case pretty straight in Ireland? Because I mean there is no way I am going tolerate this and I really want him to pay the price of his silliness.

    What kind of compensation and sentence can I expect do you think guys?

    maybe the "crazy stuffs" is true, if you think you'll get anywhere with this you're just a tad crazy...just a tad...

    I like people who open their mouth when they go nothing to say...

    When I say crazy stuff I mean sick things that people are telling you while in meeting with customer, such as "So what do we do tomorrow? Let's go to Mick's house and we will funck his wife." in front of my customer.

    Or speaking about my british contractor who is black, "Hey Monkey do you want a banana" same in front of my customer.

    So maybe you see the big picture now.
