pc world or powercity would usually be where i'd look, i think a 50 pack of verbatum dvd-r in pcworld is 20€ (down from 30) or at least it was the last few times i bought them

maplin usually have some cheap spindle of 100 dvd-r's although the brand mightnt be good

someone i know mentioned he got 100 for twenty something euro (i think that was what he said) in tesco 2 weeks ago

sorry if thats a bit vague buy maybe somebody could give you a more precise answer :)

I buy my blank DVDs online:

    http://mx2.co.uk/

    Infiniti DVD+R 16x Spindle (50pk) for £8.99 delivered

Works out about €14 for 50. Sony 50pk are £10.99

100 pack tdk 16x dvd-r for €32.99 or there abouts in maplin at the mo. Saw them in the one in town earlier today. I'd imagine they'd have them in the blanch one too.
Picked up a couple of 50 packs of hp branded 16x dvd-r at €12.99 a piece in tesco clearwater recently. I heard they didn't have any there today though. Strangely enough the +R ones ones were €22.99! :D

Harvey Normans is where I buy my Verbatim (good brand) DVD±R discs. Used to be €10 for a pack of 25.

Last time I got some they had a Buy 2 Get 1 Free offer which applied to both 10 and 25 spindles. A single pack of 10 cost €3.59.

Bought these - first one out of the box was a coaster.
    Next 5 are OK.

Will wait for the Verbatim deals next time :( , never had probs with those.
