Digital TV Regulator (NTL Issues)

Hi

Im having lots of trouble with NTL at the moment and its got to the stage where i need to push it up the ladder a bit,

Does anyone know who the regulator for Digital TV is in Ireland?

Nothing to do with Digital TV, or indeed TV at all!

BCI licence the content (i.e. decide if a channel is allowed)

Comreg Licence SPECTRUM (not cable as such), though are involved if you get phone or Broadband via NTL (UPC). Actually "being" a Cable company is deregulated. Chorus & NTL Ireland now is UPC Ireland.

****, i was hoping there might be something better, comreg are good i have used them before for mobile stuff and that worked well but dont think they will be much use here,

Got this sorted,

If you have any issues with NTL just ask to be put through to disconnections, then threaten to leave without paying your bill

I owed them 260 and at the end of the call i got 150 knocked off the bill, sky sports free for a month and the hatton fight for free
