Advice on sound system

I'm looking to get a surround sound system for under €500. I was looking at the following systems -

    Samsung HT-TX35R
    Samsung HT-TX22R
    Yamaha AV4101
    Logitech Z5500

I want to use it about 50% cds/mp3s, 50% films. Any recommendations on which is the best option?

And do any of these systems come with a built in dvd player or do they have to be hooked up to one, I can't really tell from the spec sheets I've read?

Alternatively you could look at http://www.pioneer.eu/eur/products/42/100/42/DCS-370/index.html
Plays Divx has HDMI output and supports USB for MP3! All for just under 500 euro!
