I am connecting a Jamo Sub200 to my Onkyo 505 and want to run a cable up to the attic and down to the other side of the room a distance of about 12m. What sort of cable should I use to make this up myself?

Subwoofer cables are generally screened two core cable so you'll have to solder phone type connectors on the end yourself?
Alternatively how long is the run? You can buy pre made subwoofer cables in 10 and 15m lengths?

Also available in varying degress of quality and price!
