I've been thinking about doing this but Dell don't seem to have drivers for x64.
Does anyone know of a workaround or a driver pack that I can use?

    Any help appreciated!

No idea about that particular model of PC but you can probably get drivers for most of its components from their OEMs - i.e. chipset stuff from Intel, graphics drivers from Intel/AMD/Nvidia or whoever and so on.

Not much luck so far anyway. I'm going to continue looking.
    I found this:

Thinking of giving them ago... dont know if they are the latest and greatest though but it is worth a try.

I was looking at using vLite to create an install, anyone use this? - I'd love to hear about your experiences with this program.

vLite? Do you mean nLite? If so I have used it in the past but only for XP 32 bit, and it was pretty good.

    Nope vlite - http://www.vlite.net/index.html
I'm assuming they do the same job, one for Vista and one for XP.
