    Hi,
    Not sure if this is the correct forum for this post. just looking for some advice; i've been getting alot of spots around my mouth recently, some pretty bad ones and when they eventually go im left with red scars. As soon as one goes its like another one appears. No idea why its happenning, i havent changed my diet in any way and i take a multivit and evening primrose oil. im a 27 year old male, if that helps at all. im in a new office which has air conditing but im here 5 months now so surely my skin would have adjusted to that. any suggestions about creams/meds/etc would be greatly appreciated or just suggestions in general. needless to say having spots all the time is terrible! thanks

    If you touch your face, expecially chin and mouth area, quite a bit with your hands, that could be having an effect.
