Is it possible to just do the Cisco CCNA etc. exams without attending any courses

I know a lot of the stuff already. I would like to add a few certs to my cv. IF so where are they held and how much do they cost?

Yes you can sit the CCNA without attending any training. The fee was €126 last time I checked.
