Does anyone listen to Nova (Sundays 8pm) or Apex (Saturdays at 3)? They cover a ton of great contemporary stuff. Last weekend's shows covered Aphex Twin and Morton Feldman, well worth a listen. One of RTE's few redeeming features :)

I love Nova but don't always get a chance to listen to it. I won a t-shirt from them so they're cool kids in my book.

I like the way they go with themes and don't just stick to the "serious" side of modern composition but incorporate the likes of Aphex Twin, Pansonic, Sonic Youth, etc.

Electrolight on Sunday nights at 10pm gets my vote.
Repeats on the following Sunday morning at 4am.

Actually that was a series by Roger Doyle for the "Sunday Sequence", finished now sadly, but still available to listen online at www.lyricfm.ie
