"Air Raid" Siren in Killester

Hey, just wondering if anyone knows what the thing that sounds like an air raid siren is in the Killester/Clontarf area? It goes off late at night (at least that's the only time I've heard it) at 9pm-11pm, so it's not like the barracks siren in Rathmines... Has anyone else heard it?!
