Gaurds chasing a motore bike

anyone see all the gaurds chasing after a motor bike today, it was about 5 in sutton /baldoyle area? about 6 six cars flying after him like a seen out of a movie.. :D

Dont know why they bother with bikes, have a slim chance of catching them with all the bollards gone up making cul-de-sacs effectively. Also the fact the bike can speed past ramps but chasing cars have to slow. Six cars, must have wanted him for somehitng serious
