The offer on IBOOD is selling 1 GB DDR2 667mhz = (ddr5400) RAM
    # Model: 200-pin SODIMM

I really want to upgrade my HP Pavilion which only has 512mb.

But I'm a novice with technical stuff so asking for some advice.

My laptop has 2 RAM slots, each with 256mb ram each.

it says the RAM in my pc is 512MB DDR2 400Mhz SDRAM (DualChannel)

So i was thinking about buying 2 of the 1GB transcend sticks from IBOOD and replacing my current RAM with them.. But i dont know if its compatible with my laptop,..

Can anyone advise me about it??

    THANKS

We'd need to know the exact model number of your laptop.

We'd need to know the exact model number of your laptop.

Hi, just found the model number now, it's:
    Pavilion zd8000 EB868EA
    Motherboard: Quanta 3082

I just found out that the ram in my laptop is DDR2 SODIMM 200pin
And the ram in IBOOD is 1Gb DDR2 667mhz 200pin SODIMM

And i have 2 slots in my pc with 256mb in each

So i'm thinking they look like the exact match, am i right??
