I can't find any documentation anywhere on how to use mosmail function in php and what parameters stand for. Can you help?

mosmail is a Joomla/Mambo function and not one that is native to PHP. There may be documentation supplied with the CMS or otherwise it may be in the source code where the mosmail function resides.

If all else fails, try using the native PHP mail() function instead.
