ipod with music

    Small question. Im selling a 30 gig ipod. Can I sell it with all the music (4400 songs) on it or is this illegal? Was thinkin of adverts.ie but dunno must i restore it first or what?. Thanks

    it's illegal for you to advertise it with the songs as a selling point, however if you accidentally leave the songs on then there's not much you can do about that, if the person then buying the ipod chooses not to delete those songs then it's not really your problem.

    It's not something you should worry about tbh.

    Aye, all they need then is iPodDisk so they can transport the music onto their harddrive.
