Hey there guys. Feeling down in the dumps lately, the reason which we have already discussed in my previous post. Its basically women problem, for those who didn't read it. Not here to talk about that. I know I will get over it. Its no big deal. Will not change anything in my life. Deep down I know she's not the one for me. But the pain is still real, and it bloody hurts.

My question is, in situation like this, what do u do to distract yourself ? What do u do to put your mind off it ? Lifting weights helps a little, but you can only go to the gym that often. I tried alcohol. Doesn't help. Never a big drinker , and its expensive! I just moved to this place for 5 months, so dont have that friends, or at least close ones that I can confide in. Being an introvert I am not really an social animal anyway.

I reckon a trip to the doctor should be your first port of call. The darkness at this time of year might be affecting you also. I like to try and stay busy to keep my mind off things. I spend as much time as I can in work working on various projects and then I have stuff at home that keep me occupied. That way, I just don't have the time to feel down.
