im trying to get an ipod nano working for a guy at work. i hate the things :p anyway the computer detects it and opens it as a mass storage device but itunes doesnt detect it. ive tried it on four different machines, one that was even just out of the box lol.

ive tried a few other itunes alternatives to but to no success. ive also tried resetting it.

    any suggestions?

if it didn't work with the latest itunes on a new in box PC i'd say there is a fault with the nano, return it
